The petition claimed that MCI achieved a 200% increase in Islamabad&#8217;s real estate tax while abusing its authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It asked the court to overturn the Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad (MCI) to raise the property tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad (MCI) agreed to increase the property tax, making it applicable from 1 July 2019.
