Ft to Rs 2.224 billion in the first phase of the Naya Pakistan housing project in Lahore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authorities also approved a modified PC-1 worth Rs 9.917 Billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost of a one-storey house with an area of 650 square feet used to be 3.855 million rupees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project, covering 8,500 Kanals, will include 35,000 housing units, and infrastructure, including road network, drainage, electricity, water, and sewerage, is scheduled to be completed within 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LDA hired a technical consultant and performed the engineering design of the residential complex and associated infrastructure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6,360 Views Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has lowered the cost of the 650 sq.
