For a long time, real estate investment in Pakistan has been on the rise due to various factors, real estate being the one that generates more acceptances, as a way to make money safely. Along these lines, it is not only about acquiring property, but it is also important to consider when to acquire it and under what modalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investing in properties<\/a><\/strong> has become one of the favourite options for Pakistanis, since it is an investment that has many advantages, as it has low-cost debt leverage thanks to mortgage loans, where the value of the debt remains low in consideration of what the real estate generates, through its leasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, it is important to know in what state of the real estate project to invest, according to the needs that the investor wants to consider.\u00a0For this, for years that real estate companies <\/a>presented different ways of acquiring real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this, a manager of a renowned real estate company, comments that \u201cit is important that the people who are going to invest, can be oriented according to their personal needs because for some it is important financing, for others the delivery terms, the price, others want to pay with credit cards and without interest, some want to acquire projects in regions of their choice, etc.\u201d, <\/strong>says the expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several real estate researches<\/a><\/strong> and studies affirm that, in the last ten years, real estate has risen to a great extent, and the profitability and capital gains of properties in annual terms, is 7.4% on average, where the apartments are in 8.1% of annual capital gains.\u00a0Figures that are encouraging, especially in a market that has had a linear behaviour, according to experts’ estimates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INVESTMENT IN GREEN SOCIETIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Investing in green makes it possible to make the real estate considerably profitable, by having a period to raise the money or acquire additional credit, to pay the foot before the delivery of the property. This option has gained more popularity because it allows future buyers to have greater security, since the project has already started and not only at the level of plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere are no elements in the market that have these levels of profitability, investing in green is a medium-term process, where the estimated delivery is in a year and a half, which allows to amortize the foot with a credit, and by when they give us the property and we can put it on lease, we can achieve an annual profitability, this is the return in annual terms on the total investment of the property\u201d<\/strong>, comments the legal representative of the real estate company<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
