Considering the problems that were caused due to the ban, there\u2019s a\nsigh of relief for the trade sector and investors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the new reforms, there\nwill be no restrictions on residential, commercial and industrial construction,\nhowever an organized construction and development continuation will be set in\norder, under the smart city master plan for Gwadar. According to the smart city\nmaster plan, now that the Gwadar\nconstruction ban is lifted, economic growth seems to be very-likely in\nPakistan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwadar Development Authority\nhas also requested government and semi-government to obtain NOC from\nAuthorities to carry out development activities, ensuring integrated and\norganized development under Gwadar master plan. \n\n\n\nAs ban on new constructions is lifted in Gwadar Pakistan, the\nbylaws of GDA in light of Gwadar Master Plan and the affairs of GDA were\nreviewed in a high-level meeting in the port city by CM Alyani.
