Similarly, 80-marla, 40-marla, 16-marla, 8-marla, 4-marla, and 2-marla commercial property plots are also offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, DHA Lahore has announced a relaxation in the bylaws for commercial construction on these plots. The following special incentives will be offered to the developers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Relaxation of Height<\/li><li>Parking Spaces<\/li><li>Improved FAR (Floor-Area Ratio)<\/li><li>Priority on DHA procedures<\/li><li>4-5% Rebate on lump-sum payment<\/li><li>No Drawing submission Fee<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, DHA Lahore has announced new entertainment facilities, educational institutes, and commercial areas in order to offer better amenities for its residents. DHA official website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dhalahore.org\">www.dhalahore.org<\/a>) will show all the details of phases, prices, sizes, registration fees, and installment fee posts by September
