The document may also be obtained from the CDA Director&#8217;s Master Planning Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potential bidders were required to submit their expressions of interest in the form of proposals within 45 days of the publication of the Notice on October 2 &#8211; with notice of the November 16 deadline for filing by 12:00 Noon. According to the available information, technical proposals will open on the same day at the office of the general planning of the director of CDA at 14:30
